Hey guys its been a longlong........(x100) timr since i updated... i dont know why i have the sudden urge to update ,so update lor haha...
Today I woke up and slack till 12+ then went to bathe and have lunch and get ready for CCA.... Today training was like hell man...... plus the weather is super hot...
Details?
First we did 3rounds of warmup around school which is around 2.4km.
Next,we went to do stretching all those... when coach comes, we went to the carpark and he told us to run 3sets of 2rounds around school in 5MINUTES!!!!!! We can all die man except for 1 senior, JiaYuan, he is like a monster running man.... he took only 3minutes30seconds to run 2rounds la....... plus in a super hot weather cant imagine if the weather was cool....
After training me,kanessan,boyi and jiayuan accompany haorong go buy milo at Mac.. we thought he was going to buy a meal so we intended to all stand up and pretend that we going home.... haha but he ended up buying only a cup of milo... -.-"
Later,we decided to go foodmore to eat.... we all kept talking about haorong "and" jangwai.. haha all keep laughing...... then all sian already then go home lor.. what u wan to do?? haha....
