This whole week was a tiring week man.... had self-training on monday but it was like not much people go lor... but we just train anyway....

Tues?I guess I have nothing on after school
Wednesday was fun. Coach was not there and we "self-trained" except that we have more people After we "ran" what coach asked us to, we played relay with juniors.. we split into two teams and we played two rounds and each team won once.. it was like quite fair la haha take turns to do push-ups... then went home
Thurs I have CG and it was fun too but it was usual except for the games which obviously cant be same for every week
Friday had training again... and my leg had not even recovered from Wed's training.. OMG!! After training we played basketball and soccer..... played halfway and Mr ser called us and sayed"If you all think the training is not tough enough and you all still have energy to play ball games, i rather you go run and get tired and injured then play ball games and be injured." Then he asked us to run outside school within 5mins including the time of running in and out of the basketball court.... it was like impossible la so me and weisheng just sat outside the school gate and wait till around 4:30 then we went in.... I feel like slapping him cause why can't we have the freedom to relax after training.... Its not even your business can? go and die la....
Today had unit party or something Theme is "OHANA" and the games was fun too :)
