Long time never post ler.. So back to post..

Today morning was the National Cross Country. Our school only had 1 runner in the top 20 and that Wanping. I not sure if Haorong got in. But still, i think that the runners ran pretty well.. And common test is next week(OMG!!). I really afraid i will fail my english again... So Dequan jiayou

Firstly, Nationals are coming!! National X-country is on 25th March and National Track is on 16th April!! Oh my god it is so fast.... Must Jiayou the whole X-country and track and field team for the nationals Gambatte

Yea here to post again.

Last sat was the wings cross country. it was fun to see the runners run at the last stretch. and the timing for the first C Division boys runner was unbelievable... It was 15minutes plus. I bet it was faster then some of us running 2.4 and the ran a distance "double+200m" more than us.. But the last few runners walked the last stretch and were still talking to the anchor runners. OMG. But because of this thing I missed the ESS and party :(
Got back results too it was quite dissappointing for me. MUST use computer lesser. Though i already use very little per week haha Yea jiayou. And tomorrow there is Heats for sports day+selection for track and field team. Hope I can get in. :)

yea and i got in for 100m for sports day haha hope i will get a medal... dont wish to join and get nothing... and common test is tmr.. OMG!!!! but i will still want to serve God fully though i am having troubles in study but i know that if i put my trust in God that he can help me pass with flying colours, he will. serving God is not only when we have troubles but also when we got something good.. cause all things come from Him..

This whole week was a tiring week man.... had self-training on monday but it was like not much people go lor... but we just train anyway....

Tues?I guess I have nothing on after school
Wednesday was fun. Coach was not there and we "self-trained" except that we have more people After we "ran" what coach asked us to, we played relay with juniors.. we split into two teams and we played two rounds and each team won once.. it was like quite fair la haha take turns to do push-ups... then went home
Thurs I have CG and it was fun too but it was usual except for the games which obviously cant be same for every week
Friday had training again... and my leg had not even recovered from Wed's training.. OMG!! After training we played basketball and soccer..... played halfway and Mr ser called us and sayed"If you all think the training is not tough enough and you all still have energy to play ball games, i rather you go run and get tired and injured then play ball games and be injured." Then he asked us to run outside school within 5mins including the time of running in and out of the basketball court.... it was like impossible la so me and weisheng just sat outside the school gate and wait till around 4:30 then we went in.... I feel like slapping him cause why can't we have the freedom to relax after training.... Its not even your business can? go and die la....
Today had unit party or something Theme is "OHANA" and the games was fun too :)

Yesterday was a slack day for me because i sprained my leg so no need to train muwahahahaha

The idiotic Mr Lim was also irritating, just because he was in a bad mood, he scolded lots of people including seniors and told us "DON'T Touch MY Sec1s". Like who would want to touch them la, hello? And so what if you are our coach? i know we have to respect you but you are too much this time la.... Think you big issit? I can't wait for you to quit arh... Even if you are an EX-champion!!!! I really feel like slapping you also lor....

Okay la don't talk about something that angry la talk about some gossips.

After training we went to KFC and eat.. and we gossip alot.

One was that we bet how long would HARRIEL and GANGYI stead and you know what?
The longest bet was 5MONTHS only!!!!!! And her wish was to have a stead for at least 6 months!!!

I wont want to say anymore, later offend too many people..... haha saw a car crashed too when i was taking bus home.... Random i know....

Hey!! today morning had church then after church, head down to lakeside and went to fine seniors at taman jurong food centre before heading down to school.... when we reach there play football like hell.... then i didnt wear shoe so blister bit by bit come out then slowly tear(i know sound wierd but never mind you know what i mean right? don't know not my prob). Boyi's team was like keep on winning then ex-seniors came then de siao.they quite pro sia haha but the "indoor field" quite small then also cant kick high ball so all just anyhow kick. after that had dinner then present exchange(i got a cup, haha). After that played "Husband And Wife" the game make us super tense cause is like you don't know when the person will sit beside your partner and somemore at night hard to see and all Track/Xcountry runners very fun la but my leg got more blisters haha

Today had to sacrifice my sleep time just to go school pack the open house things and its all because of the stupid Mr Ser. Always make use of us to help him do things.. Then today wake up at 8 just to get ready and reach school by 9. then when we were keeping we purposely use a lot of masking tape just to tape the things and wrap the box like hell. then after that we went to eat Mac. We keep disturbing KeHui A.K.A XiaoHuaXiaoCao. then we almost help her do a pimple removal facial too haha... then later she halfway say want go home say later then meet us at BLCS then ok lor.. me,weisheng and Boyi went BLCS later then meet other Tracks and go Serangoon stadium TGT. At first thought the training very tiring but go there then know its VERY slack haha.. But the first part climbing and going down the stars were hard only.. after training went to eat sumo house at clementi then go home

Today woke up early to.... dont know do what haha..... just want to wake up early la.. then i went to prayermeet at shan's house then we played "Indian Poker". I was super sueh to lose in the last round and had to drink a cup of eno-curry-jasmine green tea water*pukes* because i LOST thanks to spongebob.... but never mind about that... then i left at 1230 to go for training ...... training was sort of slack.... because sec3 senior no here .. bwahahahahahahaha...... but still was tiring la.... went to gym and did 1 set of weight training and then did 10 sets of circuit and went to gym and do another set and went to dod ANOTHER 10 sets of circuit.. MAN!!! I can die....... haha then coach asked us to run 3 rounds around school(2.4km) in 12 mins but i ran in 14:30minutes.. haha i was super slacking that time la.... then after training was a relief haha.... the nwent to KFC and eat then go home lor... leg damn tiring

Hey guys its been a longlong........(x100) timr since i updated... i dont know why i have the sudden urge to update ,so update lor haha...

Today I woke up and slack till 12+ then went to bathe and have lunch and get ready for CCA.... Today training was like hell man...... plus the weather is super hot...

Details?

First we did 3rounds of warmup around school which is around 2.4km.

Next,we went to do stretching all those... when coach comes, we went to the carpark and he told us to run 3sets of 2rounds around school in 5MINUTES!!!!!! We can all die man except for 1 senior, JiaYuan, he is like a monster running man.... he took only 3minutes30seconds to run 2rounds la....... plus in a super hot weather cant imagine if the weather was cool....

After training me,kanessan,boyi and jiayuan accompany haorong go buy milo at Mac.. we thought he was going to buy a meal so we intended to all stand up and pretend that we going home.... haha but he ended up buying only a cup of milo... -.-"

Later,we decided to go foodmore to eat.... we all kept talking about haorong "and" jangwai.. haha all keep laughing...... then all sian already then go home lor.. what u wan to do?? haha....
